Please read the following before initiating a return/exchange/refund.
Online Shipping Orders Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
All shipping orders require a signature and proof of ID at the time of delivery
Shipping order are only eligible for return/exchange/refund if the product is damaged upon delivery or does not operate as intended for electronic items or is not the item that was ordered.
Please inspect and test your items as soon as possible after delivery. There is a 12 hour window for a return to be initiated from the time of delivery. If an item is damaged upon arrival or does not operate as intended, please take pictures and or videos to document the damage and email those pictures and videos to ripzsmokeshopllc@gmail.com and reference your order number please. If an order is permitted for return/exchange/refund, an in store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount.
In Store Purchases & Online Pickup Orders Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
Any and all purchases made in store are final and are not eligible for return/exchange/refund once the customer has exited the building.

-Damages and issues
In store purchasers will be asked to inspect and test the merchandise before departing the store.
For electronic goods, the customer will be asked to test their products before they leave the store. If goods are not operating as intended, an exchange request can be made in store at the time of purchase. Once you as the customer have left the store, no returns or exchanges are permitted.
-Exchanges
In the event an electronic item is not working as intended, the customer will be asked if they would like to make an exchange for the same item or items of equal or lesser value and or in store credit. If you would like to get something of higher value, the difference can be paid.
